MLBDBI 2025 Conference Review

The 7th International Conference on Machine Learning, Big Data and Business Intelligence ( MLBDBI 2025 ), sponsored by Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, hosted by the School of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and co-organized by AEIC Academic Exchange Center, successfully concluded in Hangzhou. With the theme of machine learning, big data and business intelligence, this conference brought together more than 80 experts and scholars from different universities and research institutes, as well as college teachers and students. Through the combination of online and offline methods, we discussed the frontier trends and development trends in the fields of machine learning, big data analysis and business intelligence.

At the conference, the participants exchanged in-depth on the core issues of machine learning, data mining, and intelligent computing. The conference invited four well-known scholars to do the keynote report. They are Professor Feng Wang from Wuhan University, Professor Danyu Bai from Dalian Maritime University, Professor Kaizhou Gao from Macao University of Science and Technology, and Professor Yuxin Mao from Zhejiang Technology and Business University. They shared their unique insights on their own research results, which triggered a heated discussion and deep thinking among the participants. 

Keynote Speech

In the afternoon of the conference, an oral report was set up. Six scholars from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Hydrology Bureau of Taihu Basin Administration ( Information Center ), Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University and so on vividly demonstrated the core results of the study with clear logic and calm typhoon. In the high-profile evaluation process, the conference finally selected two outstanding young scholars to report. This award is not only an affirmation of the winners ' outstanding academic achievements and excellent expression ability, but also to set an academic benchmark and stimulate the innovation enthusiasm of the majority of scientific researchers, especially young scholars. At the same time, this link also provides participants with valuable opportunities for learning and communication. Scholars learn from each other and make common progress in demonstration and comparison, which is of great significance to promote the development of discipline frontier and talent training.

The successful holding of this conference not only provides a high-level and international communication platform for scholars in the fields of machine learning, big data and business intelligence, effectively promotes the collision of academic ideas and the achievement of scientific research cooperation, but also significantly enhances the academic influence of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics in the fields of data science and business intelligence. In his closing speech, Professor Lin Jian of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics expressed his sincere thanks to all the participants, members of the organizing committee and volunteers, and said that the school would continue to promote interdisciplinary research and contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of the digital economy!
